What are trackers?

Trackers are tools that detect specific words, phrases, or concepts in calls, helping you focus on key conversation points. MeetRecord offers default keyword trackers, and you can create custom ones based on your company's needs. Trackers are set up in individual workspaces, so ensure each workspace has the relevant trackers.


How Trackers Provide Conversation Insights?

Trackers help you gain insights into business conversations by highlighting when specific words, phrases, or concepts are mentioned. This helps you understand the context and frequency of these mentions.

For instance, managers can use trackers to monitor how reps discuss product messaging, new pricing, discovery questions, or handle objections. These insights can reveal effective strategies, enabling managers to coach their teams more effectively.

With MeetRecord, you can create trackers and save streams to get alerts for specific areas, allowing you to track concepts at scale. For example, receive alerts when a competitor is mentioned in a late-stage deal.


Where to see trackers in action?


1. Search by Trackers

In Conversation page search by your desired Trackers to listen to the call. Example filter conversations by Pricing Tracker.

2. Get Alerts

Get notified on email or Slack when a conversation detects a Tracker. Here is a guide on how to create alerts.

3. Selective Listening with Trackers

If you only want to listen to specific parts of a conversation, trackers help you find those segments so you can listen selectively.

4. Analytics and Trend analysis

To track how often Trackers were mentioned in the calls, visit Analytics > Tracker dashboard
