This article will walk you through the essential steps to get your account up and running efficiently. From integrating your calendar, CRM, and other tools, to setting your recording preferences and inviting team members, we've got you covered.
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth setup process and make the most of MeetRecord's powerful features.
1. Integrate Calendar, CRM and other tools
Go to Integrations page and connect calendar, CRM, Dialer and other tools that you use.
Calendars - Google, Outlook
Dialers - Ringcentral, Aircall, Hubspot dialer, Nice Contact Centre, Outreach, Salesloft, Dialpad, Zoomphone
Collaboration tools - Slack
You will be able to connect with most of these tools in a single click.
2. Set Recording Preferences
MeetRecord offers flexible recording preferences that can be set at either the Organizational (Org) level or the Personal level. When preferences are set at the Org level, they apply uniformly to all users within the account, and individual users will not be able to modify these settings. On the other hand, setting preferences at the Personal level allows each user to customize their own recording settings according to their needs.
To set up Org level Recording Preferences visit Account Setup > Recording Preference, check mark Org level preferences and review if you need to make any changes.

3. Invite Users
MeetRecord offers multiple user Roles like Admin, Manager, Employee and Viewer. More about Roles here.
