Integration with Zapier happen in three parts:
1) Add MeetRecord as connection
2) Set a trigger
3) Set an action
Let's dive into each in to them.
Add MeetRecord as connection in Zapier
1) Login in Zapier and go to My apps > +New Connection
2) Search MeetRecord
3) To add MeetRecord connection, generate MeetRecord API key and paste here. How to generate MeetRecord API token?
This will setup a connection Zapier-MeetRecord connection. Next step, set a trigger.
Set a trigger in Zapier
1) Create an 'Alert' in MeetRecord which will be sent as trigger. How to create alert?
2) Select MeetRecord as App and 'New MeetRecord Call' as event
3) In Trigger select from the drop down. List of trigger shown here will be same as 'Alerts' you have set in MeetRecord
4) Test and verify
Set action in Zapier
Select App you want and set an event. Proceed as suggested in Zapier
Congrats! your Zap is now set.
Your event will be created for new meetings going forward.
