About Call library

Call libraries are your collection of calls. You can create different folders for different use cases like:
- List best calls for everyone to learn
- Lost deals call
- New hire must view call
- You personal listen later list of call ... and more

Using Call Library:

- Create a folder with a theme

- Set folder to public view, private view or make a test out of this

Creating a Call Library folder

1. Visit Call Library from left pane and click on "Create folder" on top right

2. Give a folder name and set visibility of folder

Optional - If you have an LMS test link then you can paste it here to make it a test. At the end of this call library viewer will be directed to this test link.

Adding calls to Call Library

1. Open the meeting recording you wish to add to the library

2. Click top right "Add to Library" and select the desired library

Viewing call library

To view call library go to Call Library fro left pane and click on desired library. List of call in the library will appear as list, you can click and listen to any call you want.
