What is MeetRecord?
Welcome to MeetRecord! We help you increase revenue by uncovering insights from customer conversations. Our customers see reduction in sales cycles, increase in deal conversion, decrease in ramp up time and better transparency in their sales strategies.
What does MeetRecord do?
MeetRecord is a revenue platform that integrates your sales tools, meetings, and emails for comprehensive analysis. By leveraging this data, you can manage deals, know when to act, prepare for calls, improve your skills, and more.
MeetRecord processes four main types of data, depending on your setup:
CRM Data
- Connects to your CRM to import context (accounts, opportunities, leads, contacts) and the team members involved.
- Matches conversations and emails with CRM data for easy navigation, search, analysis, and insights.
Video Conference Calls
- Accesses your team's Google Workspace or Office 365 calendars to pick up meeting schedules.
- Joins conference calls as a participant to record audio and video.
- Stores call recordings in MeetRecord, allowing you to listen to or watch them anytime.
- Analyzes and transcribes calls, identifying key
topics so you can focus on the conversation without taking notes.
Telephony Calls / Dialer Calls
- Records calls through your telephony system.
- Imports call recordings using telephony system APIs.
- Stores call recordings in MeetRecord, allowing you to listen to them anytime.

Emails
- Connects to your team's Google Workspace or Office 365 emails.
