AI Coaching help you review and rate calls so that you don’t have to. Find out gaps in your team performance and conduct specific training for them.


To setup AI coaching

START here : Visit Coaching > Initiatives > Add Initiative

  1. Give this AI Coaching initiative a name 
  2. Apply it to a stage (CRM has to be integrated)
  3. Assign it to Team(s) or user(s)
  4. Choose coaching points from various templates or go for your own Custom Scorecard. All templates are editable.

5. Choose the Scoring mode from - Standard, Strict or Stringent. We recommend to start from Standard model, and if you find scores to be more lenient then change it to Strict.


Standard: This scoring mode rates your calls with tolerance and flexibility.

Strict: This scoring mode employs a combination of stringent and standard coaching.

Stringent: This scoring mode inspects if the coaching points are followed to the tee.


6. Launch

Guide to write coaching points

1. Write the instructional tone.

✅ Begin with a strong opener to set the tone of the call.


2. Keep the sentence simple and broad

  • Keep it simple, write as if you are explaining to a 16 yr old.
  • Avoid abbreviation and acronyms
  • Avoid objective question

3. Avoid complex sentences, split it into two points if required


❌ Asked the client to introduce themselves to understand their position in the company, check if they are decision maker

✅ a) Ask the client to introduce themselves.

✅ b) Ask about decision-makers who should be involved in the discussion

Troubleshooting 

Scores not generated

  • Check if coaching initiative is assigned to the person
  • If coaching initiative is assigned to a team, check if user is part of this team
  • Check language of your coaching points


Scores not visible in CRM

Applying multiple initiatives to a user

  • You can apply different initiatives to user for different stages of a deal. Create an initiative for a different stage and apply it to a user or team
